Hope Afterschool is designed for children and young adults ages 3 to 22 with intellectual and developmental disabilities who benefit from structured, inclusive, and enriching care after school.

Each afternoon includes structured activities such as:
🎨 Creative arts
🏃 Sports and games
📚 Literacy and academic enrichment
🍎 Nutrition lessons
💻 Computer time
🎶 Music and movement
💬 Social and life skills development
All activities are adapted for diverse abilities and supported by trained staff.

Hours:
Monday–Thursday: 2:00 PM – 6:30 PM
Friday: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Cost: $575/month
Financial assistance may be available. Ask us about options during your consultation.

We maintain an ultra-low ratio to ensure that each child receives individual attention and consistent support. This gives families peace of mind—and helps children thrive.

To ensure safety and success, participants must be able to participate in a group setting. If your child requires 1:1 support, we can guide you to other resources or discuss if an ABA-trained support person could help them access the program safely.

Yes!
Children attending Duval County Public Schools may ride the school bus to Hope Haven.
Transportation from select private schools may also be available.

Yes!
We offer full-day camp-style programming during many school holidays or closures (for an additional fee). Dates and details are shared well in advance so you can plan ahead. -
