Board Members are an important part of our organization and serve two primary functions at Hope Haven: Ambassadorship and Thought Leadership. We rely upon our board members to reach into the community and share the good work happening on campus, and to share their expertise and insights to inform our strategies and initiatives.

Interesting conversations take place in our board room. We’ve had lively discussion around the irony of the increase in tele-mental health services to treat loneliness and depression. We’ve deliberated various corporate structures and established strategies to leverage our real estate assets. We’ve assessed our competitive advantages and developed a strategy screen. We’ve even considered the research around how the human brain is changing and what that might mean for an organization serving persons with intellectual and developmental differences.

If you’d like to learn more about board service, please contact us to schedule a meeting with our CEO.
