Special Needs Focused Family-Based Parenting Solutions

Parents of children with special needs often encounter distinctive obstacles stemming from diagnosis, medical necessities, and a structured routine. Specifically created to comply with Florida Statues, this class is tailored for parents with special needs children and is fully approved by the Department of Children and Families as a Parent Education and Family Stabilization Course.

The course is designed to improve communication, minimize conflict, and reduce litigation by providing your family with positive alternatives and practical, child-focused solutions. As a Department of Children and Families-approved provider of this course for Florida’s Fourth Judicial District, Hope Haven is also authorized to help your family and the court come up with a parenting plan that is in everyone’s best interest

Our focus is on in-person classes. However, we provide a small number of seats through Zoom using live instructors. Hope Haven has obtained the approval of the Court for this temporary modification.
