Creating a Behavioral Plan That Works:

For Parents and Professionals

Feeling overwhelmed by power struggles, unclear rules, or constant pushback from kids? You’re not alone—and you’re not doing anything wrong. Whether you’re a parent trying to bring more peace into your home or a professional supporting families through challenging moments, this session is for you.

Join us at Hope Haven or virtually for a warm, practical, and encouraging training led by our very own P. Nate O’Brien, MA, LMHC. You’ll walk away with simple strategies to set boundaries that actually work—and support kids in growing into their best selves.

🌟 You’ll Learn How To:

  • Understand why behavioral plans make such a big difference

  • Re-establish calm and clarity at home by “resetting the order”

  • Teach kids the difference between rights and privileges

  • Define 5 non-negotiable house rules that everyone can stick to

  • Create a personalized “Likes List” to motivate positive behavior

  • Set clear expectations around how and when privileges are earned

  • Use rewards and corrections that are both kind and effective

💵 Registration: $10 per person

  • Includes CEUs for Psychologists, LMHCs, and LCSWs

  • Each participant must register and pay separately online

This session is equal parts real talk and real solutions—and we’d love to have you join us.
